My diet post ........... various diet plans..........Just do it

Hi Readers,
Today I am going to talk about diet plans which I have tried till date and/or think of it.

Everybody wants to look fit and slim; maybe it is compulsion of today’s fashion statement. To be the same, we are going for various tricks and tweaks, here is the list that some of the well known ones;

  •         GM (general motors ) diet plan for 7 days, which every netizen have in their laptop or desktop since years but it is for their hard disk only in 99.9% cases. It is a crash diet plan  developed by GM neutralist panel doctors. There is intense fasting with vegetables and fruits involved in this diet. Full plan can be seen here http://www.gmdietworks.com/
  •           Gym as usual, most of us start the gym as others are doing the same and finally gave up by saying that after 2-3 months our body will become as usual fatty.
  •          Walking………..first we look for anyone who joins us in early morning, and then we ended up by being non-consistent.
  •        There is one more easy plan available which I came to know recently, there is no any hard work, no fasting at all, no gym involved in this thing.   •        There is still one more easy way available is to increase usage of garlic in day to day food habit. One of my uncle used to eat 4-5 raw garlic with the paratha every morning and thereafter 45 minutes no food and no water. He is still at the age of 70 year fit and slim and he is doing the same routine for the number of years constantly.

So ultimately we are looking for simpler and doable solution which is easy, which is fast and which can be done within minutes. And the winner is Honey + Lemon + Water………..means Honey Diet   …………………

I have tweaked this solution and started doing it since last few days……………..if successful I will share the secret with you all.  Obviously honey is there, but some other ingredients are changed.

Ultimately, among so many hard and easy options, we have to start at least 1 or 2 in conjunction other than just wondering here and there with full faith and consistency.
