5 Years completed ........................ My BLOG journey ................Few words

It has been a very very long time I have written article for my blog. A blog which I have started with my own thought regarding travelling, adventure, politics, NAMO, Government, Entrepreneurship and many more things a five years ago. Since last 2 years I have been disconnected with my blog completely, reason is nothing but my laziness.

Here, I would like to narrate some experiences and my feelings

• ·         THE JOURNEY:   During my Mumbai Capgemini company tenure, in my free time I was writing comments on various deshgujarat.com article and on many other website.  Later on Deshguajrat.com owner Shree Japan Pathak told me to write any full length articles and I had starting writing articles first time. You can read my article here which was published in deshguajrat.com itself totally as it is. Thereafter with advice of my writing guru Shree Japan Pathak, I had started my blog around Sep 2009. Now lets divide my blog journey in three stage.

Stage I : For initial two years, I was writing blogpost for information spreading purpose only.

Stage II: Thereafter Google ad sense came into picture and I write for spreading information + some money through google ad sense (almost two years).

Stage III: Later on in third stage came in which I wrote periodic articles for some other website in my blog. 

• ·         THE OUTCOME:

Personal:  I have found so many friends during my blog journey and all of them are worth more than any monetary gain, which I had expected in second stage. In my second and third year, I was getting daily 2-3 mails & 1-2 phone calls related to my blog. Still I am getting mails periodically. I had made some close friends with whom I have family relations even right now also.  I would like to thank them all, i.e Mihirbhai (CA), Mehulbhai (Oasis), Keta Medam (Canada) and many others.

Monetary:  From the day one I had stated on blog that whatever I will get from google, I will donate it to Panjrapol or Mentally retarded Ashram. But unfortunately, even after 3 years of the same,  I have 95$ in google account and they will only dispatch once there is 100$ in account.  So once again I would like to urge visitors to click on the advertisements displayed on my blog. • ·         Now, THE FUTURE:  There are so many plans in my mind, but my readers will get minimum 15 predefined articles per month and some instant ones as per the situation.

One vision, one modal and want to spread it to max………………holy mother cow.

Dear Readers,

Today, I am going to write on activity in which I am fully involved. I have write one booklet also, but now, as I am involved now into practical things rather than theoretical things, I would like to share it with others also, so that it spread out to max.

Social Cause: 

Whenever any cow is aging or got any disease or stop giving milk, owner tend to sell it, which ultimately goes into butcher house.

Our  vision (problem solution):   

Make gaushala, trusts and individuals self sustainable based on cow, so that holy cow never got slaughtered.

Green Methodology, process and technology:  

1) Apart from milk, use cow urine and cow dung at max

2) concentrate more on Ghee and buttermilk selling instead of Milk.

3) Use solar energy, gobar gas technology, bullock run generator, bullock run Ghani etc.

Our Current mission:  We have almost set up one Model Gaushala where one can see how we have used cow urine, cow dung, solar energy, gobar gas and bullock.  We are making this model more and more feasible, viable so that even individual dairy farmer can also take an advantage.  With this model holy cow will definitely get a benefit which is our vision also, but individual, trust will also get more than that. 

In short, we are going to integrate natural resource (solar, wind, bullock) with  latest technology  (Solar water plants, solar cooker, biogas plant, wind energy, mechanical parts) keeping ancient practice as a base to conserve holy cow (Gaumata,Gomata). 

We have already taken step in this direction and used solar energy for making 2-3 cow products, currently which is possible through electricity or coal. Same products have been tested in laboratory also and all reports are positive. 

We have made our all rounder team which has their own domain knowledge of dairy, marketing, public involvements etc, but our team will do all basic activities at Gaushala first and then all their domain activities.

This is totally open model and we want to spread it to max. We believe that cow based farming is the only solution for the country in the long run which was practiced during ancient time. We are going to integrate this movement with organic farming also. 

Though it is contradicting with our main goal which is about to make individual, gaushala or trust self sustainable, but still we want to have it on http://www.isb.edu/idiya/ , so that it can reach out at national level. More and more people know about it and think and act.

Gaumata...part3.........Some facts and research.....

કેટલાક તથ્યો અને અવલોકનો:

 ૧) હાલમાં દેસી ગાય કરતા જર્સી ગાયને વધુ મહત્વ આપવામાં આવે છે ફક્ત દૂધ અને ફેટ માટે થઈને. ખાસ કરીને અમૂલ ના આગમન બાદ.

૨) આપણે જ્યારથી દેસી ગાયનું દૂધ, વલોણા નું ઘી છોડ્યું છે ત્યારથી સાંઘાના રોગ અને અન્ય રોગો નું પ્રમાણ પણ વધ્યું છે. જેમ કે આંખો નબળી થવી, થાક લાગવો, આળસનું પ્રમાણ વધવું વગેરે.

૩) આજે શહેરો માં ગાય રસ્તે રઝળતી વધારે જોવા મળે છે અને ગમે તે ખોરાક લેતી પણ. લોકોના મનમાં સેવાભાવ હજુ પણ છે કે તેઓ ગાયને વધ્યું ઘટ્યું કે વાસી ખાવાનું આપે છે પરંતુ પ્લાસ્ટીકની કોથળીમાં.

૪) આજની તારીખ માં ભારતમાં સૌથી વધુ જર્સી ગાય છે અને આખી દુનિયામાં બ્રાઝિલ, નેધર્લેન્ડ અને ડેન્માર્ક જેવા દુનિયાના સૌથી મોટા ગોવાળિયા દેશો કે જ્યાં દુનિયાનું સૌથી વધારે દૂધ ઉત્પાદન થાય છે ત્યાં હાલમાં દેશી ગાય ની સંખ્યા વધારે છે. મિત્રો ૬૦ વર્ષ પહેલા આનાથી ઉલટું હતું...........વિચાર કરો કેમ ?

૫) તમે જો અવલોકન કર્યું હોય તો જોજો કે ગાય અને ગાયનું વાછડું/વાછડી કેટલુ ચંચળ હોય છે જયારે ભેંસ નો સ્વભાવ જ આળસ નો હોય છે, જે તેના દૂધ માં પણ પ્રતીત થાય જ છે. આપે કોઈ દિવસ સાંભળ્યું કે ઋષિ-મુનીઓ ભેંસનું દૂધ પિતા હતા.

૬) જો આપે નોધ્યું હોય તો જર્સી ગાય ને બાંધીને રાખવી પડે છે, તેને જો દિવસે છુટી મૂકી દેવામાં આવે તો સાંજે તે પાછી તેના મૂળસ્થાને આવી શક્તિ નથી જયારે દેશી ગાય સાંજ પડે તેના માલિક ના આંગણે જ મળે.

૭) જર્સી ગાય ને જેટલું વધારે ખાવળાવીએ તેટલું વધારે દૂધ આપે છે, એક મશીનની જેમ, પણ તેને જો ખુબ ઓછુ ખવડાવવામાં આવે તો દૂધ બંધ કરી દે છે જયારે દેશી ગાય ગમે તે સંજોગો હોય, ઓછુ તો ઓછુ પણ દૂધ તો ચાલુ જ રાખે છે.

૮) દેશી ગાયના છાણના લીંપણવાળું ઘર ભારઉનાળે પણ ઠંડક આપે છે..........૬૦ વર્ષ પહેલા એ.સી ક્યાં હતા.

૯) સૌથી અગત્યનું, વિચારો આજથી ૫૦ વર્ષ પહેલા ૨૫ લીટર દૂધ માંથી ૧ કિલો ઘી અને ૩૦-૩૫ લીટર  છાશ બનતી હતી (બધા જ દૂધ નો ઉપયોગ કરીને માખણ કાઢી ઘી બનાવતા) જયારે અમુલ ના આગમન પછી એ જ ૨૫ લીટર દૂધ માંથી ૧ કિલો ઘી અને ૨૪ લીટર દૂધ પાછુ મળે છે (દૂધ માંથી ફેટ કાઢી લઇ મલઈ નું ઘી અને ત્યારબાદ શક્તિ દૂધ). આપ જાતે જ વિચારો કયું ઘી અને કયું દૂધ વધારે ઉપયોગી છે.

કેટલાક સંશોધનો:

૧) સૌપ્રથમ ગાય પ્લાસ્ટીક જરૂર ખાય છે પરંતુ તે ક્યારેય તેને બહાર કાઢતી નથી, પરંતુ તેના પેટના એક ભાગમા સંગ્રહી રાખે છે જેથી આપણને નુકશાન ના થાય ........ધન્ય હો . ક્યારેય આપે વિચાર્યું છે કે શહેર ની ગાયો કેટલીક વખતે અકાળે કેમ મૃત્યુ પામતી હોય છે. જયારે ભેંસ અને જર્સી ગાય જેવું પ્લાસ્ટિક ખાય છે તેવું જ બહાર કાઢે છે.

૨) જર્સી ગાયના દૂધ માં A1  ટાઈપનું જયારે દેસી ગાય ના દૂધ માં A2 પ્રકારનું તત્વ રહેલું છે. દેશી ગાયનું દૂધ પોષકતત્વો થી ભરપુર છે જયારે જર્સી ગાયનું દૂધ એ દેખાવ પૂરતું જ દૂધ હોય છે પણ કોઈ ખાસ પોષકતત્વો વગરનું (આ એવી વાત છે કે એક બાજુ આજકાલનું  યુરિયા ખાતર કે વનસ્પતિ ઘી કે પાણીનું ભેળસેળ વાળું દૂધ અને બીજી બાજુ કુદરતી ભેળસેળવાળું જર્સી ગાય નું દૂધ)

૩) મીત્રો જરાક નહિ પણ ઊંડાણથી વિચારો કે જર્સી ગાય આવી ક્યાંથી,ક્યારે આવી અને કેમ આવી. પશ્ચીમના દેશોમાં થયેલા સંસોધનો પ્રમાણે ઉપરોક્ત A1 વાળા દુધના લીધે ત્યાના દેશોમાં કેટલાક અસાધ્ય પ્રકારના ડાયબીટીઝ અને અન્ય રોગોનું પ્રમાણ વધી ગયું હતું, જેથી કરીને તેમને મજબુરીમાં તેમણે તેમનું ગૌધન જર્સી માં થી દેશી માં પરિવર્તિત કરી દીધું અને તે પણ આપણા ભારત ની સાથે કે જ્યાં દુનિયાની સર્વશ્રેષ્ઠ દેશી ગાય ની પ્રજાતિ છે (ગીર, કાંકરેજ ....વગેરે).

૪) દેશી ગાયનું છાણ એ દુર્ગન્ધરહિત છે (એટલે જ તેનો ઉપયોગ લીપણ માં થતો હતો અને થાય છે) જયારે જર્સી અને ભેંસ નું છાણ દુર્ગંધવાળું હોય છે..............જેવો જેનો સ્વભાવ અને પ્રકૃતિ..............

૫) દેશી ગાયનું દૂધ તો અક્ષીર હોય જ છે પણ તેનું છાણ અને મૂત્ર પણ તેટલું જ ઉપયોગી છે. તે સેન્દ્રિય ખાતર તરીકે ખેતીમાં જેટલું ઉપયોગી છે તેટલું જ તેમાંથી ઘણા બધા અયુર્વેદિક ઉત્પાદનો બનાવવામાં પણ. લખાણના આગળના ભાગ માં આ વિષે વિસ્તારમાં જણાવવામાં આવેલ છે કે ગૌમુત્ર,ગૌછાણ,દૂધ,ઘી, દહીં નો ઉપયોગ કરીને કઈ રીતના દેશનું, સમાજનું અને પોતાનું કલ્યાણ કરી શકાય.

૬) દેશી ગાયનું છાણ અને મૂત્ર તેના જનમ થી લઈને મરણ સુધી ઉપયોગી હોય છે, જેનો સદુપયોગ કરીને કોઈ પણ પશુપાલક દૂધ કરતા પણ વધારે કમાઈ શકે છે................

૭) દુનિયાભરની ગાય ની ઓલાદોમાં ફક્ત ભારતની દેશી ગયો માં તેની ખુંધમાં સુર્ય-કેતુ નાડી હોય છે, જેના વડે ગાય સુર્યપ્રકાશનો મહત્તમ ઉપયોગ કરીને તેનું દૂધ અને મૂત્ર ગુણકારી બનાવે છે, આજ ફરક છે દેશી ગાય અને જર્સી ગાય વચ્ચે. તો બને ત્યાં સુધી ગાયને ખુલ્લામાં વધારે રાખવી.

        તો ઉપરોક્ત વિગતો, મહત્તા અને પાછળના વિભાગમાં આપવામાં આવેલી ઉપયોગીતાને જોતા કેટલાક સંકલ્પ કરીએ કે જેથી કામ અધૂરુ ના રહે. ખરું કામ તો ત્યારે પૂરું થશે જયારે એક પણ ગાય કતલખાને ના જાય અને સમાજના એકેએક વ્યક્તિ ગાયને ગૌમાતા તરીકે આદર આપે. આ સંદર્ભે  આપની પણ ઘણી ઈચ્છાઓ હશે, વિચારો હશે અને અવલોકનો હશે જે મોટા ભાગે એકસરખા જ હશે, તો આ બધાને ધ્યાને લઈને આપણે કેટલાક દ્રઢ સંકલ્પ કરીએ કે જે આપણા તેમ જ આપણા સંપર્કમાં આવવાવાળા તેમ જ બીજાઓના પણ પથદર્શક બને.

Gaumata....part 2 ......Why she is important

મહત્તા અને ઉપયોગીતા:

પૂરાણોમાં ગાયનો ઉલ્લેખ ગૌમાતા,કામધેનું તરીકે છે અને તેમાં ૩૩ કરોડ દેવી-દેવતાઓનો વાસ હોવાનું કહેલ છે. આ ઉપરાંત કૃષ્ણ ભગવાનને પણ ગાય સૌથી પ્રિય હતી. ઘણાબધા ઋષિઓએ ફક્ત ગાયના દૂધ ઉપર આખી જીન્દગી પૂરી કરી હતી. વિચારોની સાત્વિકતા, કાર્યમાં ચંચળતા અને શરીરને પણ દરેક રીતના ઉપયોગી થવું એ ગાય તેમ જ તેના દૂધ નો સ્વભાવ છે. વૈજ્ઞાનિક રીતના પણ તે સિદ્ધ થયેલી બાબત છે. કેટલાક રોગોમાં તો (ખાસ કરીને શ્વાસના) ફક્ત ગાય ની જોડે અડધો કલાક બેસવાથી પણ ઘણા ફાયદા છે, ગાયનું છાણ તો ખેતરોમાં સદીઓથી ઉપયોગમાં છે જ જેનું સ્થાન આજે મોંઘા અને આડઅસરવાળા રસાયણિક ખાતરોએ લઇ લીધુ છે. આ બધું હોવા છત્તા ફક્ત અને ફક્ત ઉપયોગીતા અને પોતાની સગવડતા જોવા માટે ટેવાયેલાઓ માટે જણાવવાનું કે ગાય ને પુરાણોમાં એમને એમ કામધેનું નથી કહેવામાં આવી, તેનું ફક્ત દૂધ અને છાણ જ ઉપયોગી નથી પરંતુ ગૌમુત્ર, ઘી, દહીં પણ એટલુ જ ઉપયોગી છે કે તેમાંથી બનતી પ્રોડકટ્સ વિષે લખીએ તેટલું ઓછુ પડે. આજકાલ ઇન્ટરનેટ ઉપર ઘણી બધી વેબસાઈટ ઉપર મોંઘા ભાવે વેચાણથી ગૌમુત્ર, ટેબલેટસ, ગૌછાણ માંથી અગરબતી, પંચગવ્ય સાબુ, ખરજવા માટેના સ્પેશિયલ સાબુ, પંચગવ્ય ખાતર અને આ સિવાય પણ બીજી ઘણી વસ્તુઓ વેચાતી જોવા મળે છે. આપણા જાણ અર્થે કેટલીક વેબસાઈટ:

લખાણના અંતભાગમાં ઉપરોક્ત દરેક આઈટમ કઈ રીતના બનાવવી, તેનું રો મટીરીયલ વગેરે વગેરે વિસ્તારથી જણાવેલ છે. પરંતુ તે પહેલા ગાયને મશીનની રીતના ના જોતા ગૌમાતા તરીકે જોવાનું ચાલુ કરવું પડે. આ સંદર્ભમાં કેટલાક આજના અને પહેલાના સમાજને અનુલક્ષીને તથ્યો, કેટલાક અવલોકનો અને ત્યારબાદ કેટલાક વૈજ્ઞાનિક સંશોધનો પણ જોઈશું. કારણકે હવે આપણે તેને અવગણી  શકીએ તેમ નથી. મિત્રો એક વસ્તુ ખાસ યાદ રાખજો કે “”આપણે ગાયને પાલવતા નથી કે તેની સેવા નથી કરતા, ગાય આપણને પાલવે છે અને સમસ્ત માનવજાતની સેવા કરે છે””.
