Part -1 ...8 year Journey .....Cow based organic farming.

 

Dear readers,

 

As promised, I am writing here last 8 year journey. Starting from my loved one cow based organic farming

Cow based farming : Earlier in year 2014, I have try Jivamrut based organic farming (desi cow based) with my friend Darshan with limited knowledge and research in almost half acre land area for one season only. We sow wheat and quantity wise result was very much low but quality wise it was good. Now in year 2020-21, I alone done 12 acre cow based farming with 2 bullocks, 1 cow, 1 calf and one partner family of 6. Dr K R Shroff foundation where I am working has given full support in this venture. We sow 22+  crops in two consecutive season ranging from vegetables to cereals, roots to beans etc. Finalized blueprint for full proof farming in coming year from seed treatment to harvest from ground experiences. Primary thing is to rejuvenate soil, then second one is good seeds, placing the seeds.

There were so many experiences ranging from manpower to crop rotation, what comes first, importance of planning-timely execution, harvesting etc. One can contact me for any kind of help required for cow based organic farming (9727793291).

Weeds: hand mulching to same place, use in liquid biogas plant.

My diet post ........... various diet plans..........Just do it

Hi Readers,

Today I am going to talk about diet plans which I have tried till date and/or think of it.

Everybody wants to look fit and slim; maybe it is compulsion of today’s fashion statement. To be the same, we are going for various tricks and tweaks, here is the list that some of the well known ones;

•         GM (general motors ) diet plan for 7 days, which every netizen have in their laptop or desktop since years but it is for their hard disk only in 99.9% cases. It is a crash diet plan  developed by GM neutralist panel doctors. There is intense fasting with vegetables and fruits involved in this diet. Full plan can be seen here http://www.gmdietworks.com/
•           Gym as usual, most of us start the gym as others are doing the same and finally gave up by saying that after 2-3 months our body will become as usual fatty.
•          Walking………..first we look for anyone who joins us in early morning, and then we ended up by being non-consistent.
•        There is one more easy plan available which I came to know recently, there is no any hard work, no fasting at all, no gym involved in this thing. •        There is still one more easy way available is to increase usage of garlic in day to day food habit. One of my uncle used to eat 4-5 raw garlic with the paratha every morning and thereafter 45 minutes no food and no water. He is still at the age of 70 year fit and slim and he is doing the same routine for the number of years constantly.

So ultimately we are looking for simpler and doable solution which is easy, which is fast and which can be done within minutes. And the winner is Honey + Lemon + Water………..means Honey Diet   …………………

I have tweaked this solution and started doing it since last few days……………..if successful I will share the secret with you all.  Obviously honey is there, but some other ingredients are changed.

Ultimately, among so many hard and easy options, we have to start at least 1 or 2 in conjunction other than just wondering here and there with full faith and consistency. It will surely give you result and in the case of diet  and/or weightloss ……….patience is the key for the success. So just go for it without much thinking and waiting for right time else do surfing more and more………….its your choice.

Transform your life -- Rule 1 --- Basic Needs
This whole series of "TRANSFORMATION" is devoted to youth, students who are going to kick off their life. If they are clear, focused and ready for action, they will surely achieve their goals.

First of all, check do you really want abnormal, transformed life or only thinking about it in the night dreams.

            

            S )   Do you have any chart prepared for next 5 years, 10 years or so.

            U )  Have you done your own SWOT analysis

C)     Do you have defined your priorities

c)      Have you written your desires and GOALS, both are totally different things.

e)      Do you have any detailed written action plan for each of your goal

s)      Do you have monitoring mechanism in place.

We are not talking about score here, here our life is at stake and we must have to live life at our will not the others. Please not that this whole exercise is to provoke you and your thought system. It is upto you only to live like that, work accordingly for the same and planning for the same.

If you are doing following thing, please leave it behind and made up your mind with simple logic that only action will give result, nothing else. You will see how FOOL we are till date. 

F)      We are in search of best solution, in search of the same we are not applying better one also.

O)    We are in search of risk free, lower risk business and delaying our own startup in the name of fear of failure. Actually we are lazy ones, who are reading, searching the things, explore the things…………..but do not want to apply it.

 O)   We always thinks about fear of failure but we never think of joy of doing the things.

L)      It is all about easy and hard, we always want easy work and hard returns, but actually only hard work can give hard returns. So lets face it.

So let’s start it afresh. Lets not waste time in endless planning and calculations and start taking action in every front. Let’s create SUCCESS and live SUCCESS (mentioned above). It is the base-pillar-foundation. Make it strong, take enough time to write it down. I had taken full 3 month to do so, but I tasted transformed life after that, till date.

It we apply this optimism/transformation in our life, it will automatically beneficial to whole world. Future of ours will be good if we are consistent with this methodology.

A Successful E-Gov Project since 15 last Years............backbone of other E-Gov projects

In the series of SWAGAT, IWDMS and many other E-gov projects, writing on SICN project here. 

SICN: Sachivalya Integrated Communication Network, Gandhinagar-Gujarat, INDIA
SICN is a network owned by Government of Gujarat for their Voice, Data & Video Communication needs in 2001 (just like Gujarat Government’s private BSNL). This is Asia’s biggest network of Govt. of its kind. This Network is spread in the periphery of 12 kms. Connecting almost all the Govt. Boards and Corporations offices in capital of Gujarat Gandhinagar. This project has benefited Government almost Rs. 60-70 Crore per year till date. Implementation cost was 9-10 Crore in year 2000. While maintenance cost is around 65Lakh rupee per year.

First of all, little information is required to understand what is this project, why it is required. Information needed is like; what is Government, how it works and standards followed till date. So that we can go ahead comfortably and you can compare better;

· There are total 26 Govt departments in Government of Gujarat and their headquarters are located at Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar. There is over 20-25 Thousand employees work in various Govt offices in Gandhinagar.
· These departments further divided in to Commissionerate offices, Superintendent Offices, Collector offices, Section offices etc which are located in Gandhinagar but not in Sachivalaya. It is spread all over Gandhinagar, in different sectors etc.
· Now each department has some Corporation, Company, Boards work under it. Roughly there are more than 60 such offices in Gandhinagar.
· Earlier each office has their own budget for light bill, electricity bills and other maintenance stuff. They take some lines from BSNL as per office need and pay monthly bills to BSNL with fixed rent. This was around Rs 5-6 Crore/month before 2001. Yearly nearly 65Crore for all offices in Gandhinagar.
· Maintenance of BSNL was typical government style. Complain today, response after 10 days and repair after 20 days.
· GR and GOs were old dated and not clear much in required actions.


What is SICN:
It is a simple intercom of more than 230 offices spread all over Gandhinagar. Currently there are more than 7500 telephone lines used in various offices, residence of MLA and govt officers, disaster control, helpline etc. As a backbone around 100 Kms. Of Optical Fiber has been laid and 150 Kms. Of JFC has been laid with Structured cabling for Voice & Data nodes. There are 7000+ Voice Nodes and 5000 Data Nodes. This project is done by M/s Avaya Global, a leader in telecom domain in 2000 and till date they are maintaining this project. This is done on BOOT base and there is contract of 10 years initially which need to be renewed each year with added or modified conditions.


Advantage of SICN:· Unlimited internal calls within more than 230 offices.
· Any analog phone can be used and we can apply restriction to any number(s) like internal only, local call only or STD calls or ISD calls or MOBILE calls only
· Daily detailed usage available call to which number (s) , how much time etc for any SICN number just like our mobile bill
· Can be configured for helpline number, toll free number, emergency response system etc. Call record is also available against high level requirement.
· Digital phone available with caller id, voice multiconferencing (upto 7 lines) facility and many more advantages. These digital phones given to higher rank officials and ministers.
· Scalability is there up to 25,000 lines and more.
· Maintenance is the key issue and it is very well done here, call resolving within an hour’s or max a day. SLA is strictly followed by third party. (99% up level )


NOW FINANCIAL BENEFITS OF PROJECT:
· All inter-office call are free, there is one fixed annual maintenance charge which is hardly 3-4% of what if Govt pays to BSNL. Currently there is more than 2,00,000 internal calls within various Govt office per day, which is totally free.
· There are nearly 1,00,000 outgoing call from the all office daily. This is again routed from different operator lines (Reliance, Idea, Airtel, Tata), with optimum use and optimum saving plan configured at Centrex level. One Routing table configured there for maximum saving. Earlier bill for outgoing charges were around 5-6crore per month, which is now reduced to 15-20 L per month. Which is just 3-4% of earlier.
· There are daily around 50,000 incoming calls from outside the network.
· Much is saved by restricting the number for local call only or mobile only. So no misuse by peons or outsiders. There is also locking facility available with personal password.
· Threshold is set for higher usage numbers and informs them to reduce the usage or track the same. So individual can also use as per his designation.
· Charges are strictly levied from MLA and from Govt officers whose usage is above the prescribed limit.
· Initially there was some incoming line and outgoing line from BSNL, in which now outgoing lines are divided into multiple vendors like Airtel, Reliance, Idea,TATA so that on net call will be free just like Corporate cards in big corporate companies. And Govt has negotiated very well so that maximum gain can be attained for Govt.

Some Key points and personal experiences:· Situation is changing rapidly, earlier people use the phone keeping in mind that it is his right, he can use unlimited, no one is watching, no one is recording. Now all are aware that somebody is watching other than GOD. So there is automatic control.
· Earlier MLA’s attitude was like they are king. They don’t have to pay for anything which government provides. Now each have to pay telephone bill for their home phone usage otherwise no objection certificate is not given when they vacate the home at the end of their term. I have seen over 1L rupees bills paid by MLAs in recent times.
· There is no bill for all 26 departments in Sachivalaya, then also some proactive official ask for the bill and accordingly told their subordinates to control the usage.
· It is possible to limit the unofficial usage through policy guidelines and I have seen and feel that.
· I would like to assure you all readers that there is no corruption in this project at all at any stage.
· Now, there is policy guideline for each and every thing like who are eligible for normal phone, digital phone, who have to pay or not, complain response time and solution etc.

I have tried to search out for such network in other states, but could not find any credible information. What I found is that there is this much bill pending of MLA, MP , Govt Offices in various states with BSNL,MTNL etc. Link of same report is also mentioned in above article links.

SICN Further Planning:
It is in pipeline to integrate existing VOIP network which is already implemented up to village level will be connected with this SICN network soon, so that virtually there be no charge to call within all Govt offices in the state. Currently whole Gandhinagar is intercom, in near future whole Gujarat state up to village level will be intercom. Just imagine how much saving on telephone bill front. There may be some differences in figures mentioned above but not much.

so many memorable days with my 4 month old daughter

 One day, I was very frustrated due to stress in the work and current on goings against my wishes. Generally I am very reserved kind of a person who talks very less. But on that day, I played a lot and talked a lot with only 4 month old lady luck (my little princess).

There was no rule for playing and language, there were not any grammatical rules in conversations, there were not any playing conditions at all but then also we did very much fun.  Main beneficiary was me only as I had not only forgotten all of my worries, stress, I felt relaxed and motivated. I had talked about my future plans with my little one, and got positive response from her as haaaaa, aaahaaa, muuuuuuu  etc.  It gave immense strength and motivation for my future plans.

I had read somewhere that” do daily fun/talk/play with the children age below 5 year and older one above 70 age”. When I read that I did not took it seriously, but after realizing the same with my little one and my mother who is also like little one in many sense.   

I enjoyed very much looking her playing with her leg toes, trying to turn on one side etc. putting some snaps here for your relaxation. Start playing fully with your siblings and do regular talk with your mother-father.

I got 1 crore rupee credited every morning when I saw her smiling at her first wakeup, just by seeing me.  I can feel my stress and worries got vanished every evening I enter home and seeing smiley face of my 4 month old daughter, which keep motivating me and strengthen me for any tough situation. #together https://housing.com/.

During my holiday time, I found more time to be spent with her throughout the day,  we played a lot with each other. Secondly motivation came through my most near one my wife, who supports me in each and every individual move of mine. Though she has some reservations, she speak it our clearly but at the end of the day she is with me as always. This thing not only motivates me to take risk in my life but it strengthens me that someone is beside me, I can go ahead without any hesitation.  Such motivation and small incidents only keep moving our life further, otherwise it is stagnant, currently I am doing some work of gaushala, society, IT related work, Entrepreneurship related things, blogging and many other activities just because of such motivation and strength behind it. Be it my wife, mother, daughters and last but not least divine forces.

This Diwali, I am going to clear all the doubts around me. I will fire all the negetaviness , double mindness in Diwali crackers. With the new year ahead there I will follow clear vision, goals and planning that I had done during last month.

• Gaushala (only Desi cows) activities like gaumata sewa, technology integration (using solar energy at max in Gaushalas to make them self sustain), making various products out of cow dung and cow urine, public awareness etc.

• Active in our community upliftment activities like education, sneh sammelans and many others. 
• A writer, this blog running since last 5 years and readers over 100/per day, with articles based on only my thoughts and knowledge.

•           Modi has today coined idea of Adarsh gram, but I have more detailed plan for the same. So one village as per my planning to make it adarsh/idol by 2019.
•           Employment generation ………for students, graduates, non-skill person, mentally retarded person etc.
•            Earn 30K/month from Google adsense for charity purpose from this blog.

Now, coming to points/areas in which I need your help/support:

     Gaumata (cows):  A self reliant Gaushala

• To spread the information how gau products are useful and need of an hour, be a change agents
• To have land or money or technical/marketing collaboration to make this mission possible.
• Personal involvement as a volunteer in gaushala operations.

5 Years completed ........................ My BLOG journey ................Few words

It has been a very very long time I have written article for my blog. A blog which I have started with my own thought regarding travelling, adventure, politics, NAMO, Government, Entrepreneurship and many more things a five years ago. Since last 2 years I have been disconnected with my blog completely, reason is nothing but my laziness.

Here, I would like to narrate some experiences and my feelings

• ·         THE JOURNEY:   During my Mumbai Capgemini company tenure, in my free time I was writing comments on various deshgujarat.com article and on many other website.  Later on Deshguajrat.com owner Shree Japan Pathak told me to write any full length articles and I had starting writing articles first time. You can read my article here which was published in deshguajrat.com itself totally as it is. Thereafter with advice of my writing guru Shree Japan Pathak, I had started my blog around Sep 2009. Now lets divide my blog journey in three stage.

Stage I : For initial two years, I was writing blogpost for information spreading purpose only.

Stage II: Thereafter Google ad sense came into picture and I write for spreading information + some money through google ad sense (almost two years).

Stage III: Later on in third stage came in which I wrote periodic articles for some other website in my blog. 

• ·         THE OUTCOME:

Personal:  I have found so many friends during my blog journey and all of them are worth more than any monetary gain, which I had expected in second stage. In my second and third year, I was getting daily 2-3 mails & 1-2 phone calls related to my blog. Still I am getting mails periodically. I had made some close friends with whom I have family relations even right now also.  I would like to thank them all, i.e Mihirbhai (CA), Mehulbhai (Oasis), Keta Medam (Canada) and many others.

Monetary:  From the day one I had stated on blog that whatever I will get from google, I will donate it to Panjrapol or Mentally retarded Ashram. But unfortunately, even after 3 years of the same,  I have 95$ in google account and they will only dispatch once there is 100$ in account.  So once again I would like to urge visitors to click on the advertisements displayed on my blog. Oasis Organic Farm and Gaushala…....A Place on the earth where I want to take my family for Holiday

Dear Readers, 

It may look strange to most of readers, but really my whole family consisting my darling wife and little cutie want to go to place where one river, mountain, organic farms, cows, temples coincides. Obviously it depends on one’s nature and choice about places, but luckily our choice is common in this regard.

I had been to this place oasis farm twice in recent years, now just look at Oasis Valleys located @ CHANOD , 70 KM away from Vadodara, a famous city in our Gujarat.  It has

•          Holy River Narmada just 100 Mt. Away.
•          It is located on the river banks of Narmada, so there are plenty little mountain for trekking, playing etc.
•          There are organic farms where we can walk around, can do labour work on our own, can collect the fruits………….do whatever we like to do.
•          There is one gaushala based on desi cows only (which I like most ) with plenty of small calves, Bullock cart ride etc.
•          There is one institute over there where we can volunteer, where we can teach our liking/expertise subject to others and can learn whatever we like to learn. There are 24 different activities going on in different classes.
•          And finally in nearby town of Chanod (1.5Km away), we can find multiple temples where we can worship, can do pooja-vidhi etc. There are more than 100 temples in this town.
•          There are so many tourist location in and around this place like kevadiay colony(Sardar Sarovar Dam) , dence forest, Garudeshwar etc.  There are so many old ancient monument you can find on road also like tensing lake (5 KM before chanod), dhabhi fort (20KM before chanod)  

I will go for river bath, trekking, gaushala seva and doing innovation in organic farming during my stay. So as mentioned above each of us will get our liking things there and that is the key for inner enjoyment at any place. Otherwise there are so many tourist destinations where we can get good photo frames, but joy is missing. You can have some very good photographs to show others, but you don’t have anything to show for yourself. Here at this place we can have satisfaction, memory for lifetime, and above all one goal to replicate the same.
